Firstly, the above post is one of the most ill-concieved I have seen in recent times. No, strike that, of all time.
Secondly, it's illegal to keep any ROM of a game you do not own for over a certain period of time, which I believe is two days. If I were you guys, I probably would not publicly admit to stealing.

My bad It's Not Illegal if you use IPS which does not modify use nintendo's coding so it is only illegal if you modify the rom and send it to others without turning it into an IPS
