Super Mario Galaxy 2 is coming out very soon, in less then 3 months. So I say the Mario wiki main page puts up a countdown to when Super Mario Galaxy 2 is released in america.
 
Well, not all of the users are American, and that will also make the main page take much more time to load.
 
Well they could have multiple countdowns
 
That would take even longer to load, and the Main Page is cluttered as it is.

Good idea, though.
 
Just an FYI for people reading, but Zelda Wiki and Bulbapedia always do countdowns for game releases on their main page.
 
Like other people said before, the countdowns may really lag the Main Page. It's a good idea, but it probabilly might not work out.
