A novel with time-travel, Nazis, lots of guns, paradoxes, and a few well-done sex scenes? Hell yeah.
 
The Currents of Space by Isaac Asimov

I guessed the twist ending about halfway through the book but it was still pretty good.

Apparently it can be interpreted as a connection to communism.

Just sounds like a wheelbarrow glazed with water by some chickens to me.
