Black filled pictures

Don't you hate it how some pictures have black backgrounds and you can't turn them into white?
I don't know if anyone has this problem when they are like making signatures or other stuff. But it annoys me :(
 
Yeah I prefer white backrounds too. I think you can change them to white in Photoshop or MS Paint.
 
That's what happens when you try to bring a PNG with a transparent background into a program that doesn't have transparent backgrounds, like MS Paint.
