Pennsylvania (school field trip to a coal mine)
Ohio (Dad and I once visited Toledo, and school field trip to Cleveland)
 
Zeeland, North-Brabant, South-Holland, North-Holland, Utrecht, Limburg, Gelderland.
Or do Dutch provinces not count as states?
I've never been in USA, though.
