I was trying to send a PM to Lucas, but the thing said- Sorry, but the message could not b transmitted. Is this happening with anyone else, and why does this happen?

If you get it, it means it's either only to you, or it was a temporal problem, and it's fixed right now.

I got it but... I thunk the problem is something within Lucas' account that made my PM inaccessible

And try to send one to me.
If Lucas doesn't get it, and me neither, then it's your just your account.
It it's only Lucas which doesn't get your PM, than Lucas probably blocked you.
If you're fast enough, I can tell I got it or not.
I'll tell it you in the morning (GMT +1).
