Okay I'm going to try and see if a choose your own adventure game would work on the forums.
Ok here it is:

It's 11:13 PM and you're walking home. Hardly anybody is out. They're all sleeping. Suddenly, you bump into a mysterious man. He looks at you and says in a raspy voice "You must be very unlucky to bump into me. Now you have met me, you are part of the case." "What case?" you ask. Ignoring you, he says "You must take one." He holds out a vial with some sort of medicine inside and a reciever phone in the other. He assures you if you try to walk away...he shows you a knife under his cloak. Which do you choose?

OK, here's what happens, but I'm putting it in spoiler marks so you can see the one for the item you took.

You get back home, and you go to sleep. In your dreams, you see a man tied up in a chair. Another man comes with a whip and beats the man. You wake up, beaded with sweat. You glance at the clock. It's 5:01 AM. You decide to take a shower, because that nightmare really made you sweat. During your nice, warm shower, the old phone rings. It must be important. You get out of the shower and wrap a towel around yourself. You run to get it. A seductive female voice says "Please. I need your help. Come to the Golden Royale tomorrow at 4:50 AM. I need your help!" The phone then hangs up abruptly. You go to your bedroom and change clothes. Now that you are dressed, you must decide:

As you walk home, you slip and fall into mud. Fortunately, the medicine is safe. You realize the label on it says "Diazepam". Not knowing perscription drugs that well, you can't figure out what it is. As you get home, you take a cold shower. You wanted warm, but your cousin used it all when he was visiting. Cringing as the cold water hits you, your body has a spasm. When you get out, you wrap a towel around yourself. But when you get to your bedroom to change, you slip and knock out. In the morning when you wake up, you forget what happened. Then you remember about the man and the cold shower, and the spasms. You get up and change. You're having minor spasm, so you must decide:

You pack your stuff up and head to the Golden Royale, which is a hotel. It's an amazing place. It has a pool, casino, fine dining, and amazing service. As you get your room card, a woman wearing a bathrobe over her pink bathing suit eyes you. You head for your room. The woman seems to be following you. Once you get in the elevator, she says "You're the man I called. I just know it." She has the same seductive voice. She tells you about a man named Dr. Nikolai Gregorovich. She says how he went missing after working with diazepam. She says he used to have ties with the Russian mafia before he moved to America. This woman tells you she is a detective and her name is Meredith Lockhart. She gives you a file and tells you to read it. She walks to her room. You must decide:

You feel like the woman is suspicious, and you shouldn't go. You sit on the couch and turn on the TV. There is a report on a man named Dr. Nikolai Gregorovich. He is a pharmacist from Russia. It says he was last seen going to his office. Witnesses say a black Chevy Camaro was following his red Toyota Camry. Two men with gray suits and hats came out of the car. One had a big cigar in his mouth. They say the two men walked in the office. All of a sudden, someone knocks on your door. "Open ze door. This is ze police!" They talk as if they are criminals. You must decide:

You prepare a glass of water. As you drink the pill, you feel like you should have gone to the doctor. After that, you feel nauseous and drowsy. You walk to the bathroom, ready to throw up. As your head looms over the toilet bowl. You hear a voice talking to you. You look up and see Vasilia Gregorovich, a famous supermodel. Her body is flickering, as if she's a hallucination. She says to you her dad is in trouble. He's a doctor of some sort. You reach out at her. She fades away. Your mouth waters and you throw up on your bathroom floor. After you clean it up, you must decide:

You walk to the nearest bus stop, not trusting your arms. You get out on the Elm Street bus stop, where the doctor's office is. You sit in the waiting room. There's one woman reading some paparazzi magazine, and a man blowing his nose. A nurse asks you why you're here, and you tell her about your spasms. She tells you the doctor for spasms, Dr. Nikolai Gregorovich is missing, so you'll have to see his assistant, Joseph Sarov. As you head to the checkup room, you bump into Dr. Sarov. He has jet-black hair, and looks like girls would find him attractive. He gives you a regular check-up, then examines your spasms. He perscribes you to diazepam. You are startled that he is perscribing you to the same medicine the strange man gave you. As you leave, the woman in the waiting room is sleeping. You peek at the cover of her paparazzi magazine. There's a picture of Vasilia Gregorovich, a famous supermodel, wearing a black dress, crying. It says the main article is about how her father, a doctor, is missing. You must decide:

Go and Talk with Dr. Sarov
