Characters in the next Super Smash Bros. game

In this forum, you can talk about what characters you want in the next Super Smash Bros. game. I want every character but Yoshi.
 
uh......would you generally talk about all Nintendo series ?
like other topics about roster, you have to submit some rules like possible number of total characters to discuss

if aimed at Mario series
basically, in the principle of equalism, we've know that there are already 8 representives here
(in the broad sense, we have Mario, Luigi Peach, Yoshi, Bowser, Wario, DK, DD)
maybe it's a pity for the rest like Daisy, but for other main or ongoing series they are treated less, too
logically no new places for Mario characters but shall be left for other series
at least look into bright side, if Nintendo won't even minus Mario representives
Wario stays for sure if nobody is kicked out :-X
 
Why not Wario? It's what made Brawl fun.

I just want Baby Mario and Baby Luigi, as representatives from the Yoshi series. And throw in Toad from the Mario series.
 
I'm up for more villains, to be honest. Specifically: King K. Rool. I don't know if he's caught up in the crazy Rare-Nintendo-fiasco, but seeing him swap gear from his tyrant, pirate and mad scientist eras would be pretty awesome--shooting cannon balls and whatnot. Also, Captain Syrup from the Wario series--because we need more villains and females.

I still want Little Mac from Punch Out as a playable character. It'd be easy to give him attacks from the other boxers in Punch Out--give him Bull Charge, Hondo Rush, Great Tiger's teleport, stuff like that. I'd be delighted.

And it'll never happen, but I keep wishing for Geno.

I came to that it's may not be so hard for new characters in a fixed number － with textures
rather than insinsere pallet designs, maybe Nintendo can even save time for new models
if some characters have similar figure and attack styles

possible candidates of Mario:
Luigi in Mario's model
Daisy, Rosalina in Peach's model (Toad can be changed for Toadette and Luma)
Birdo in Yoshi's model
Dry Bowser in Bowser's model (just an alternateive)
Funky Kong in Donkey Kong's model
Dixie Kong in Diddy Kong's model
 
Toad should be the next Mario rep as he is the only original ''Super Mario Bros.'' character to not be playable from those games. Yes, I am aware of Jr.'s presence, and I wouldn't mind seeing him in Smash too, but I feel that Toad deserves it over him. Toad has been there since the beginning, and has been playable in some of those games too. He would bring a unique play style to Smash if he was a speedy and powerful lightweight character (like SMB 2). Throw in some power ups from NSMB Wii like the Propeller Suit (example) for his recovery, and Toad can be a pretty decent fighter in smash.
 
Oh, and by the way, you can do any video game series and also any roster.

I really guess if we have Toad, we need a replacement for Peach's B attack. I vote for Toadette.

Personally, I think Toadsworth should be the replacement. If he wants to replace Toad's original roles in the mainstream Mario games, might as well make him the new shield for Peach as well.

Yeah you could switch them out and they would have different attacks.
Final Smash wouuld be with all of them.

I'm not sure Toad would really work. He's not very strong or brave and he doesn't have a lot of powers.

The babies representing the Yoshi series would be cool though.

Anyway, I'd like King K. Rool (SSB needs more playable villains), a generation III pokemon (preferably Blaziken or Sceptile), another fighting Pokemon and maybe Megaman (either classic or Battle Network).

Treat your opinions as opinions instead of facts please. Just becuase you don't like BN that doesn't mean its awful and it doesn't mean people don't like it.

There's a difference between an argument and a flame war, and I don't think MST is the kind to escalate something like that into a flame war.

I agree with this list but where is Waluigi, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi and Slime? I haven't played the Dragon Quest series but Slime is cute.
