    If they ever made a "Nightmare on Elm Street" kid show at the time, I bet they would've changed Freddy from a serial killer to a prankster that teaches them life lessons in their dreams. Like how they changed Betelgeuse's character between the movie and animated series. (I did hear the "Robocop" series is pretty good though)
