Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is my favorite. I guess my least favorite would be The Interview, but only because I can't remember whether or not I saw anything other than these and Maleficent.

I rented it from Sony's site, though your other options (aside from a theater, of course) are Google Play, YouTube Movies, and Xbox Video. In all cases, it's $5.99 for a 2-day rental, $14.99 to own it.
Nintendo points, no, but gifting is possible to a limited extent (only digital purchases made using Nintendo's website, and you have to have the download code delivered to you by e-mail)

Probably the same reason people like Christina Aguilera, Shaquille O'Neal, and Zendaya have Miis you can import into Tomodachi Life, to be "with the times."

I think the threats of violence against moviegoers are baseless, and that the film is more or less Inglourious Basterds except with a leader currently in office.

Since February, I think (or whenever Sony Pictures got hacked before this and decided it wasn't worth it to tell anyone who was affected...this corporation is terrible in regards to Internet security protocols).
