I have the Boxing Day robot punch everybody out. Thrione get. The robot also obeys me and can't be defeated by any object.

My machine regrows it's arms and it punches both of you out. And my machine is immune to everything, and only losing in this minigame (Boxing Day) will defeat it.

My machine is immune to everything but one. The bomb has no effect. The machine punches both of you out. Throne get.

And it is still inferior to the old style. Also, according to Baby Luigi (the user), teammates can now be attacked in Team Battle. In Mario Kart Wii they could not be attacked by you. So that is still hardly an improvement.

1: The babies got replaced by Metal Mario. 2: Mario Kart 7 removed Single Player VS Mode. 3: Balloon Battle was not fixed to what it was before Mario Kart Wii.

I'm just comparing the first Smash Bros. to Mario Kart 64, Melee to Double Dash and Brawl to Mario Kart Wii.
