I've got a question: Does this server work only when on?

That's what I meant. To make one ingame.

Surely we can make our own server without constant fees.

So? A contest is something that has almost never happened. While I appreciate your offer to sing in your bar, I disagree with the "Everyone orders songs, volunteer to sing, it is much fun than a contest, in my opinion" statement. But, each to his own...
