A contest.
Why you don't just sing all the way you want in my bar? Everyone orders songs, volunteer to sing, it is much fun than a contest, in my opinion.
 
So? A contest is something that has almost never happened. While I appreciate your offer to sing in your bar, I disagree with the "Everyone orders songs, volunteer to sing, it is much fun than a contest, in my opinion" statement. But, each to his own...
