Congratulations on reaching such an impressive milestone, and good job to everyone who wrote a section for this issue. Unfortunately I did not have time to contribute a section myself as I had hoped, but I am getting a lot of enjoyment from reading it. Keep up the good work!
I have improved Pipeline Boom Lagoon for this month’s 'Shroom Spotlight. It looks like there are many other Super Mario 3D World level articles in need of improvement, so hopefully I can get to those at some point as well.
I mainly am familiar with the game through watching it, rather than playing it like the other games. At some point, I hope to maybe get to some of the stubs, though I’m currently working on expanding New Super Mario Bros. series levels with very little informatio.
I expanded the article for Lots O'Fish featured in the Spotlight. I’m not as familiar with Yoshi's Story as I am with the the other games that I expand level articles for, so it may need to be double checked to make sure I didn’t miss something.
I personally didn’t mind Paper Mario: Color Splash, so I’m cautiously optimistic about this game. I do hope that the battle system is actually good, though. I’ve never gotten a chance to play Paper Mario 64 or Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, so I’ve only really played the games with battle...
A lot of the time, I feel like the trivia can fit somewhere else, whether on the same article or another article, or is completely unnecessary, so I definitely think it is a good idea to incorporate in into the article and remove it whenever possible. I definitely think the amount of trivia...
I feel like there are more Smash-related subjects that we can merge, but I disagree merging the playable characters, and I strongly disagree with completely removing all non-Mario related content. This is a major crossover series with a mixture of both Mario and non-Mario content, so I do not...
There are definitely some features I am disappointed to lose, but I do mostly like the new forums and think it is something I will be able to get used to.
Some pages, such as the List of Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels glitches, list the Koopa Shell Trick as glitch, though since it has been referenced before and has returned in multiple games, I agree that it is very unlikely that they are glitches.
I wouldnt be opposed to that, since the wiki only really talks about infinite life tricks on glitch pages currently, even though they are not all glitches.
I have recently been trying to improve the layout section on articles like these, but Ive been incredibly busy so I havent been able to do it in a few months.
Unfortunately, I have no way to confirm where this information can be found, as it was simply carried over from the split (which is why I carried over the page number needed tag as well). Sticker Stars pre-release and unused content page does have a link to text dump that also mentions Shiny...
I went ahead and deleted the three redirects, so should the Goal Gate name be removed from the Giant Gate article, or should more time be left for a source to be found?
Went ahead and did this for the rest of the Star Spirits' articles. Didnt add any Mario Party 5 information, as I dont know anything about that game.
I worked on Klevar a little bit, and merged the section into the main article as suggested, though I still feel it could use a little more information.
I still agree with what I said when it was deleted, and I also agree with Baby Luigi and Alex95. These aren't very relevant to Mario, and I'm not sure if "loading zone" is an official name. Most of the article is referring to exploits rather than the actual loading zones. I would still support...
I don't feel we need any more information than what is already on the Super Mario Bros. film page, as even if one of the writers is involved, it hasn't been considered official and is mostly done by fans.
I personally don't really the categories are necessary, as categories are usually used to help with navigation. While it is interesting to note these ones, I'm not sure if it would really help with navigation at all, which I believe is a similar reason to how categories such as "Category:Levels...
I support deleting the general Smash 4 article and its gallery (as many of the images can fit in the specific galleries), and I also agree with Shokora's suggestion.
I personally wouldn't have a problem with keeping those articles.
Also, how would this affect our coverage of companies (such as Sora Ltd.) and people (such as Pat Cashman) that are only relevant to the Wiki because of the Super Smash Bros. games?
I agree with this, along with keeping item articles, though I don't see an issue with having pages on recurring bosses such as Master Hand and Crazy Hand.
I don't feel that we should completely delete Pokémon, as they are very similar to Assist Trophies, and I don't feel it would make sense to...
In my opinion, items are a major part of the series, like stages, that are commonly used in the series, while Pokémon and Assist Trophies are minor characters that assist the fighters after using specific items, so I feel it makes sense to merge them and keep the items.
In my opinion, it would make sense to merge smaller things such as moves and Assist Trophy/Pokéball characters, but I do feel that the items are important enough in the games to have their own articles.
This was my first edit with an account: https://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=Gallery:Fire_Bro&diff=prev&oldid=2117752, and this was my first edit in general: https://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=Template%3AGalleries&type=revision&diff=2086097&oldid=2085235 Neither are very exciting...
I believe it is from Super Mario Galaxy 1, as it is in Category:Super Mario Galaxy Images, and several Super Mario Galaxy images are used on the Super Mario Galaxy 2 enemy list for some reason.
