Favorite and Least Favorite Board from each of the Mario Party games.

Worst: Toad's Midway Madness

Mario Party 5
Fave: Sweet Dream
Worst: Future Dream

Mario Party 6
Fave: Castaway Bay
Worst: E. Gadd's Garage

Mario Party 7
Fave: Neon Heights
Worst: Pyramid Park

I have played 3 and 8, but I haven't played all the boards, so it's not fair to judge them.
 
Favorites:
MP1: Luigi's Engine Room
MP2: Always has been Mystery Land
MP3: Don't know. Maybe Waluigi's Island or whatever it's called
MP4: That Shy Guy place
MP5: Toy Dream maybe. Haven't played it in a while.
MP6: Clockwork Castle (was that what it was called?)
MP7: Always Pagoda Peak. The rest were terrible.
MP8: Koopa's Tycoon Town
MPDS: Bowser's Pinball Machine

Least Favorites:
MP1: Wario's Battle Canyon or whatever it's called
MP2: They're all amazing.
MP3: None.
MP4: The Goomba one
MP5: Don't remember them all.
MP6: E. Gadd's Garage
MP7: The windmill one. The CPUs suck at buying windmills.
MP8: Either the Bowser board or the Boo one.
MPDS: Don't know. Haven't played in a while.

Mario Party 2 has the best selection of boards by far.
 
Favorite: Faire Square
Least: All linear ones that have a goal of some sort at the end (except for Pagoda Peak)
 
Probably Snowflake Lake in Mario Party 6. I wasn't too fond of it either; it relies mostly on luck and a lot of coins.
 
As I stated before I hate the one in Mario 3. But then again I don't have a lot of fun in board mode in that game because of the freaking Koopa Bank.

Put all CUP players ( Perferably Wario and Waluigi) on Easy. Now see characters go WAH, GAH or cry.
 
I don't have the N64 games so I can't comment on then (though I like the looks of horror land) I currently own 5 - 7 so I'll give my opinions on those.
Favorites :
5 - Toy Dream, because I have yet to get screwed by Chance Time there.
6 - E. Gadd's Garage
7 - Pagoda Peak

Least Favorites :
5 - Pirate Dream. It just... bores me.
6 - Faire Square. Seems to rely a lot on luck, and luck's something I have very little of.
7 - Neon Heights, I think...
