ATTN: Anybody who knows the Halo series in relation to business

I'm pretty sure they do. On Bungie.net, they post when a DLC is coming, so I assume they made it.
 
Yes, Halo Reach is still developed by Bungie and they're the ones making any new content.

I mean, who else would?
 
Well I heard Bungie no longer owns the rights of the Halo series anymore

They own Reach, they just can't make any more games
