Mario and Sonic at the London Games

Yes, most annoying thing ever is looking through the booklet and it's black & white.

I've been looking into some bookets from 3 Third Party games (2 for 3DS, 1 for Wii), but all of them are coloured (all are Japanese).
I also looked into 1 European Third Party Wii game, and that one is black/white.

why not make the booklets in coulour, thi si the 21st centry after all.
At first i was looking forward to this game :/

Why do sega have to do black and white bookets.

One of the bookets I was looking in (Super Monkey Ball = Sega), is just in full colour.

You guys, they're just instruction booklets. You'll probably look at it once, maybe twice. It really doesn't matter if it's in color or not. Does that really affect the quality of the game?

He/she is right, it won't affect the game, though.

He.

Black and white instructions booklets = lazy. When I was little, I used to always stare at the instruction books to see the pictures but I would get mad if they were in black and white.

Then how about making your own pictures (if you can)?

Black and white manuals have always been common in Europe. Then again, it's Europe; pick up the Crash Team Racing manual and just count how many languages are in that sucker (It's at least eight).

Wii Party was was the same but in to was in Colour.

I wonder if they can make an instruction booklet with lots of detail and still fit it into 8 languages, I wonder why not the same for the recent games. I love the item descriptions and the character bios. Now, the character bios are mostly gone...

Gosh, I do that today.

I wish the instruction booklets had more fun stuff like bios.

Do you think that Sega are lieing abount no new characters because I saw artwork for Birdo.

I don't know where you were looking at, but the Press Portal only has Emy, Tails, Luigi, Mario, Peach (in ballerina), and Sonic (Mario and Sonic don't have Photoshop versions).
You want them?
Here they are!

Photoshop Version

Note: They're all E3 content, Sega content don't have Artwork (apart from photo's taken in London).

It could be, but don't mind that.

I'm usually really excited for new Mario games. I'm not excited about this one at all.
Why?

I don't enjoy any of these Mario and Sonic games. They're full of short sports that are only fun for a small amount of time.

To add to what Fawfulfury65 said, the control scheme options are heavily restricted, and focus way too much on the Wii's motion-sensing abilities. And of course, NO unlockables.

I think they make for decent games to play with friends, but not much more than that.

That being said, I am kind of looking forward to this one... even if there's no new characters.
