Luigi Oil?

So earlier today, I was playing Mario Kart: Double Dash, and while playing Time Trial on Yoshi Circuit, I felt like reading the ads on the side of the road, and one of them says "Luigi Oil". I was curious as to what it was, so I searched it on the Wiki. However, it seems that we've yet to add Luigi Oil to the List of Implied Items. I'm pretty sure we should add it. What do you guys think?

I dunno what it would fit under since I think it's a company, not an item.

I just checked, though, and it's not on the List of Implied Organizations, either.

I played through the rest of the stages, reading all their signs, and I came up with this:

Luigi Tires (Luigi Circuit)
Star Travel (Mushroom Bridge)
Koopa Kart (Mario Circuit and Sherbet Land)
Waluigi Oil - Waluigi Stadium
Koopa Sport - Wario Colosseum

None of those are on the wiki, either.
