Underrated Mario Games

Yeah, he was not in any other game and why do people like him and worst of all, them wanting him and thinking he will be in Super Smash Bros Brawl but they know he has no chance.

Because of his dreaded Geno Whirl attack I suppose

Well, Lucas got in and he never appeared in a game outside Japan. Anything can happen. Not that I want Geno to get in, but he'd make a good assist trophy.

Fire Emblem was the same way when characters appeared in Melee. Though, I'd argue that those games were produced by Nintendo (or at least, companies that are a part of Nintendo), so they actually had a chance. Geno's game was produced by Square, which is not affiliated with Nintendo (the game was supervised by Miyamoto).

What kind of an attack would Geno have? I wouldn't be surprised if he was an Assist Trophy.

The M&L series is underrated in my opinion. It's all SMG & it's sequel, NSMB and it's sequel and Super Mario 64 and it's DS version.

I find Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins totally underrated. I don't know many people who've heard about it, or at least don't talk about it.

Me, too! Good graphics (HUGE improvement over the first Super Mario Land), neat power-ups, overworld look is nice, and of course, Wario's first game! :wario:

He was answering my question.

I think the first game looks more fun.

Yeah, no one talks about any game in Super Mario Land. It's all about the Super Mario and Super Mario Bros. games.

That's true... They are both good games and I love them both. I think I prefer Super Mario Land 2 more mostly because it includes a save feature, and I hat having to re-start Super Mario Land every time I turn the game off.

I'm actually kind of glad that the new 3DS Mario game is keeping true to the tradition of naming Mario games "land" by calling it "Super Mario 3D Land".

I think Wario kinda took over the SML series. Lol.
Makes sense considering the 3rd Mario Land game was called "Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land", and Mario only appeared at the very end.

Still, the newest Mario 3DS game has "land" in it, so I like that Nintendo put that nice little touch there.

Well, yeah, it is. Old style Mario power-ups with 64-style gameplay. But it's called Land because the other main Mario games for handhelds were called Land. Get it?

Oh, that makes sense.

Wario Land went up to 4 so that means that he has more land games than Mario.
