Now I know why the 3DS is having a price cut.

Nintendo wants as many people to buy 3DSs before Nintendo has to stop production of the 3DS.

I have high hopes that Nintendo will win, but just in case...

No they will settle prolly for millions upon millions of monies. Because Nintendo has a huge legal team and this guy wont be able to fight them alone

If they get sued, that will be a major downfall for Nintendo, as they already lost more than 3.5 million dollars.

They'll bounce back. Sony lost $171 million from the PlayStation Network outages earlier this year, but they're still holding on.
