You did lose a lot of blood, but you recovered.

If you read closely in C5, it will say "I "repaired myself". So, you did lose blood, and you did get hurt, but you're still alive.

Well, the only reason you got better is because you brought your bags with you, in case you got injured, just like what happened in C5. You can't "manually" do it yourself.
