Mario or Luigi

I think I found some unused sprites of Screamy's species, multicolored they were. I dunno if they were fake or not, if they were real maybe they would have been NPCs or enemies.

Mario shoots fire, Luigi shoots fire and lightning.
Mario has the water squirting FLUDD, Luigi has the Pultergust 3000, which can shoot water, ice and fire along with sucking stuff up.

I think those continous fireballs let Luigi use his Luigi Missile attack. Green fire, is that real? I've heard of blue and white fire, not green.
