No, she is dead. The sprite exploded and they returned to being dead.

She explicitly mentions being dead, and they're back in the dream bubbles. It's just like the other dreambubble scenes with Dead John and Dead Dave.

I started re-reading Homestuck this morning, mainly because I want to actually take the time to read the true entirety of it, since on my first reading I sorta skimmed through all the logs.

Also, I'm starting to notice how the previous acts tie in to the later acts (mainly Act 6). Like when John first examines the Colonel Sassacre book, he mentions that it could kill a cat if dropped, and it does in Act 6 Act 2. I also saw that the guy in one of Dave's posters on this page looks like the rapping robot or whatever that Dirk has in the post-scratch universe.

I never realized any of this stuff before.

Nabber, here's what happened:
Terezi kills Vriska. Vriska is in the afterlife. Gamzee revives Vriska. Vriska is a sprite. The sprite explodes. Vriska is dead again.
When someone dies in Homestuck, he or she finds themselves in dream bubbles (aka the afterlife). Dream bubbles are made of the dead people's memories. Do you understand now? She is walking in the afterlife. She is talking in the afterlife.

And Bones: if she is dead, then why does it say SPRITELOG? Dead is not the same as being a sprite.

I think that's Vriska's dream bubble or something. I guess their dream bubbles were merged when they were combined as a sprite because Tavros is there now. it looks like Tavros' land in the medium.

Yeah it struck me as a land too because of the windmill. I guess we'll have to wait for an explanation.

MCD's right, imo. It's still spritelog because the sprite just died, and as a result they're dead in a dream bubble in Tavro's Medium land with dead Hussie.
