I think I might have figured out why the meteor ends up on Alpha Earth.

So the meteor can't stop. It's heading straight to Skaia....

...thus going into one of its gates. It's possible that the trolls are going to escape before this happens though. Because the alternative is hell.

Act 1 is the most boring of all acts. It gets good.
