Unfortunately, I didn't qualify for the Ambassador program.

It is ok because the games doesn't have restoration points but it have suspend save

Not yet, but you'll be able to update them to the Official versions later on, so it'll have all VC functions.

Well some games have been released on the DS and 3DS like Lego Star Wars 3.

But they're not even converted, they've just been programmed for 2 systems.
DS to 3DS is possible, but 3DS to DS is a lot harder, and eventually needs reprogramming.

I was saying about the facepalm because in almost every topic about the 3DS I say I'm not allowed one. I should say something like I AM NOT ALLOWED A 3DS! in my sig or something.
