RESULTS:

To be fair, everyone sucked at this challenge. But BMB was able to score half a point (HALF A POINT!) by correctly guessing that Rocker was on the block. So, for the second time this game, BMB has won the HOH competition, and is your new HOH!

Veto Nominations

OK. BMB, since you are the HOH, you are automatically in the Veto competition. Also, since BBY and BowserJr's#1Fan are on the block, they get to compete as well. QuizmoManiac cannot compete in the Veto, since he had not turned in the HOH by its deadline.

BMB, here you go.

The Vet challenge was a tie between Smasher and Yoshiwaker, who each got 3 haikus correct. Interestingly, they got the same one wrong; #3. The tiebreaker will be released later today, I'm kinda pressed for time.

Answers:

Haiku 1:
"With a lance in hand,
Four Kingdoms he had created,
Stuck at home for life."

This one should have been obvious; it was Dr. Javelin. "Lance" is a synonym for "Javelin", first of all; "Four Kingdoms" is the name of Dr. Javelin's Userpedia comic, and he's a huge fan of Homestuck (Hence "stuck at home").

Most of you got this one right. And you should have.

Haiku 2:
"Well-known hacker,
Dancing drums surround her sig,
Owns her own web-site."

This was probably my worst haiku, and did the worst job of covering up who the subject was. Guess which user has dancing drums in her sig, and has a web-site related to hacking? It's Yamihoshi.nl!

Haiku 3:
"Sysop of the 'Shroom,
Anti-Dinosaur aided, but,
Left us years ago."

The tiebreaker will mostly revolve around this single haiku, so I won't reveal who it was just yet. But I will give a hint: "Anti-dinosaur" refers to the user's name.

Haiku 4:
"Master of the Masks,
Plays his heart out in his games,
He is reading this."

I am incredibly suprised BMB got this one wrong. Because the user in question here was BMB. "He is reading this right now" means an active Houseguest. "His game?" Mafia, specifically Majora's Mafia. And "Master of the Masks?" He's a huge Majora's Mask fan. Gosh, BMB.

That was close, but Smasher edges out Yoshiwaker in the tiebreaker by one point. The rock-paper-scizzors was not used.

Voting will start tomorrow morning. I don't think I'll send a PM unless your late. I'm lazy like that, and you all should know the drill.

And I won't reveal the answer to the haiku. DEAL WITH IT.

You can either use your power now, take off BBY or SM25, or (if you like who's on the block) not at all. It doesn't carry over to the next round.
