My brother is crappy at this game, but fair's fair; he's only six. Also after seeing FyreUK's stuff, it made my creations look awful.

A year ago today I made my first piston door. You had to find levers to operate it - but that wasn't my intention!!
I still don't know how to make cobblestone generators. Can someone help me with that??

put a lava flow that goes straight downward and make sure it doesn't spill everywhere

put a water flow that goes straight downward beside it with a block of space inbetween

put a block inbetween them where they hit the ground
