Yes. Moreso than humans, actually. Troll romantic interactions are quite complex.

He looks good. Except that as 2257 pointed out earlier, the trolls' symbols have to be based on their blood, and Karkat just made up the Cancer symbol in Homestuck, so it's impossible for you to use it.

Because this requires a lot of describing your character and stuff. Homestuck is made up of plenty of minute details that eventually have an effect on the plot.
