Dreams

I'd like to think otherwise.



I think I posted a dream I had two nights ago about Fortune Street yesterday, though I ended up deleting it because I thought I confused details.

Basically I played Fortune Street with Fanta, Gutseh, and Icicle. Icicle put up a tax office and it ate my money when I was winning, I then rolled into her terrifying monopoly district and was almost brought to bankruptcy. Fanta finished me off with this really cheap (it was like 700G) space, it was sad.

And Gutseh kept buying out everyone's shops, it was hilarious yet somehow he didn't suffer.

Swap that out with the 3DS version of Smash Bros., and add how I got to face her in it. She was actually pretty good, used ZSS against me.



I also had this dream afterwards where I became a delivery boy in this town of ninjas. I was throwing letters shaped like shurikens through those mail flaps of houses, it was seriously cool.
 
so to all you strange people who dream about other users, i've always wondered

how exactly does your brain identify them? like, do they look a certain way in your dreams? some kind of voice? they don't really exist in the material world but you just subconsciously know that they're there?

i'm curious as to how you would dream about someone you've never seen or heard

it's easy with some, but not the other

if they have a recoloured character oc: i just imagine them as a literal recoloured version with the character voice
if they have another type of oc: my brain manages to 3D model and come up with a voice for them
if they don't have an oc: i just imagine what i'd think they'd look and sound like
 
My dreams mainly involve interaction with other users across the internet (as in that's how they tend to be seen).

I forget any recent exceptions, though.

gotta wonder about some of these people with member dreams

i dont think ive ever had one to be honest and its quite confusing
 
i know right? hence why i asked those questions. people sure are weird

i suppose i can relate in a way because i rarely recall images in my dreams. it's kind of like you transcend the realm of the five senses and can just know that something exists and is happening without the need for your senses to relay the info to you, i guess because your brain is both generating and receiving the signals instantly?

i wonder if psychologists will ever figure out how dreams work. i doubt it

I dream about FireEevee a lot, of course that is pretty understandable really. Also I know what he looks like irl, so it's not like I actually use some random body as a puppet for him or something.

That's correct.
I only have 1 Boards contact, my sister who won't respond to me, and my brother who won't stop Skyping me when I'm busy.

I have them sometimes, and they sometimes confuse me. Like "omg how did my brain imagine them??" There's like some highly technical 3D modeller, voice maker, and character imaginer in there.
 
Quite a few users have posted selfies, so you can at least identify their appearance from that.

How did I look? Did I look like my OC or actual me?

Besides I didn't even have any dreams last night, might've been due to my stomach troubles but still.
