Although you can't access the Valley of Bowser, you can see it if you go through that pipe. Have you been through the ice level in that area yet?

I don't think so. I'm still on the Forest of Illusion. I haven't been playing it much lately, been busy playing SM3DL and MK7

You can access it before you reach the Forest of Illusion. Way before it, when you're in Donut Plains

I have played it. It's my third favourite Mario game after Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64. I've beaten it, but I only have it on Virtual Console.
