I got a whole ton of StreetPass tags when I was in Canada (that's where I bought my 3DS, btw).

I surprisingly got a StreetPass tag a few days ago here in Brazil (!!) as well.

IIRC, I hit 20 Miis recently thanks to some random guy at T.G.I. Friday's.

The only tag I've ever got from someone outside New Jersey (since I live here) is when I went to New York City and tagged someone from Iowa.
