Basically, it'll give the government the right to block any site that links to copyrighted content or that uses such content without the consent of the copyright owner. It would affect this site, the wiki, YouTube, and many other websites.

^If they locate the copyrighted contents, it could very well happen I'm afraid. I'm not sure about a complete shutdown; however, the forum and Wiki can be affected to a large degree if the bill were to pass.
