Now we have Raargh the Monster that Came to Bikini Bottom and befriended Patrick and Spongebob against Margaret Squarepants who is Spongebob's mom. Again, all of the Squarepants were included in this game as they are family.

Raargh only appeared in a Legend of Bikini Bottom, so yes, he is incredibly minor. However, I personally felt he was rather memorable.

Squidward is one of the few things that remains solid throughout the show. He's a lovable jerk early on and he deserved the comic punishment in those episodes. But in later episodes he gets punished regardless if it was his fault or not. And we end up just feeling sorry for him rather then laughing at his misery.
