Alright folks I'm back. I should be able get this updated whether I have trouble or not though because I do now have an emergency device at least until we get an unlimited thing working. I can't use the internet as much as I used to until then though. Anyway Zeus, Ghor, and Spike all move on to Round 2. If there's any of those 3 you'd like to try to get the BYE set up for PM your 5 characters if you haven't already.

Up next we have the pair Dribble & Spitz from WarioWare against Miles Edgeworth of the Ace Attorney series, Spock of Star Trek against Groose of Legend of Zelda, and Ridley of Metroid against Yoda of Star Wars

I don't think I need to explain those two.

Ridley: 4

Oh wow, this was extremely painful. In the end, though, Ridley only appeared in one of the three Metroid games that had the Federation bossing Samus around, and Yoda appeared in all three of the New Trilogy, so Ridley gets the edge.

All the Ace Attorney characters seem to have really tough matchups. That really sucks.

Eh, I honestly don't think I'd vote Ema over Eggman, I really like Eggman. Same with Terezi versus Dick and Dave versus Damon. That's why I changed my vote now since Dribble & Spitz aren't among my favorite characters.

I also just realized that the last match could be read as Smasher (I was turntechGodhead/Dave for four months) versus MCD (who is currently Damon Gant).

I feel weird now.

Yeah, the other AA characters did get tough matchups, tho, so that's understandable.

Out of respect. I'll give a vote for Edgeworth. I like Dribble & Spitz, but I'm willing to sacrifice their spot to at least give Ace Attorney one character to the next round. It's the harsh part about Round 1 in Forum's Choice is that in order for some series to do well, it's at the expense of other series that might end up getting a punishment they didn't deserve. And being that most of the characters in this game are pretty popular and while the first game did have some popular characters it was a little too obvious which ones were going to get the bulk of the votes and which ones weren't. In this game more then half of the series are actually pretty popular here. So there was going to be tough ones here.

Alright for the first time all 3 matches were pretty close. We've had a few nailbiters already but considering the largest margin was 3 votes that's pretty darn close. But Miles Edgeworth, Groose, and Yoda move on to the 2nd round.

Up next we have Wheatley of Portal against Sheila of Red Vs. Blue. Then there's Shadow the Hedgehog of the Sonic series against another character returning from the last game Dot of Animaniacs. Lastly, we have also returning from the Last game Eustace of Courage the Cowardly Dog against Roll of Mega Man
