Yeah Pyro, it's not wise to underestimate the Star Wars characters. Palk learned that the hard way when Ike went against Obi-Wan in Smasher's Heroes and Villains game.

well yeah i admit star wars is awesome

i'm just saying that Dave has a good chance because Homestuck is insanely popular around here.

it's not quite as popular than as (how did i fuck that one up) it used to be. And Obi-wan, the character SM is talking about, ended up winning that whole game. It's probably going to be pretty close though. I can see all of the matches being close.

Also, SonicMario, unfortunately there aren't any Pikmin characters left, so I don't why it's bolded.

Top 12 moves on to FCIII. Despite getting wiped out in Round 3 along with Sonic, Pikmin still did good enough to finish in the top 12 and earn a spot in the next Forum's Choice.

It's based on points (Which comes from amount of votes plus bonuses from when characters advanced a round). Not how well all the characters did. Though that usually helps with points. Pikmin will be in the next game. You don't have to worry about it anymore.

Wouldn't it just be easier to italize and bold Sonic and Pikmin?

Nah I don't think so. It's fine as it is. The Standings mostly have only an effect on the next game. Italicizing and Bolding won't really do anything special. More series are bound to lose their last character(s) this round and I'd rather have all 12 just bold then just 1 (The series with the champion). Also it gives a sort of look of equal footing for all 12. Even if all their characters are gone, they still did well enough to make it to the next game with the others and should be represented as such with being all bolded while the series that were eliminated out of sight of the Top 12 are italicized and never to return to another Forum's Choice game. The Top 12 all get one equal pat in the back this way. As some popular series weren't so lucky (In particular Legend of Zelda, Metroid, and most recently eliminated: Banjo-Kazooie)

Voting for Rarity of course. But I might end up voting for Proto Man when the matchup with Derpy comes along. Because FiM has done very well but again, I'd like a different series end up having the champion.
