I use my magical Pocket Watch to steal the throne from the future and than i merge it with my new throne

Umm...how can you merge something that is exactly the same as it is in the past? I also manage to grab your pocket watch while you are time travelling and return to the present with you. I then proceed to pound the living crap out of you.

Nope the Pocket Watch works for me an me alone. And i built a new throne
 
Remember, first, that he new throne was the same as the throne I found in the future, just more damaged. Second, I can use the watch's powers indirectly if you use it while I am touching you.

Nope the Watch will not transport any one but me no matter what it's a curse i put on it to make sure nobody else can use it.
Also i give who ever has the throne right now the flu allowing me to take the throne while they are sick

Nope it's fused into the clock it self and the clock can not break therefore the DNA can not be removed
