If you go into the Activity Log and go to Software Library then Charts you can check your top 5 played games.

Mine are:
#1: Mario Kart 7 - 37:04
#2: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D - 25:14
#3: Internet Browser - 16:32
#4: Super Mario 64 DS - 14:40
#5: Super Mario 3D Land - 13:45

If you take out Internet Browser because it's not a game then One Piece: Unlimited Cruise SP is 5th with 13:29

And if you want to, you can do average play time as well.

Didn't expect the browser and Letterbox that high. Now Average Play time is completely rigged, because playing a game 1 time for 30 minutes would immediatly put it in the top 5. So I'll just give you the most Number of Times played instead:

That's what happens when you open an application almost every time you streetpass someone (MK7).
