New Super Mario Bros. 2

Magazine rating of the game.

That's why we have a Nintendo, right?
They always have way better hardware, than the rest.

So we have Morton confirmed to create Spike balls in his battle. The Boo with the King Bill sized Boo isn't a Pink Boo and mountain level with Mega Mushroom

Well, it looks like there's more creativity with the Koopalings

They'll probably still die in3 hits

New eShop Trailer?
Allow me to Upload one in perfect quality (in case you're putting it on the Wiki).

Edit:
Sorry to keep you waiting.

I'm probably guessing that that flash that the Koopa Clown Car makes can be damaging to Mario, which explains the walls.

That's pretty much a staple for most Mario bosses.

Boidoh just mentioned getting extra coins when you get the digital copy. Here:

https://club.nintendo.com/double-coins-nsmb2.do

According to this page on Club Nintendo, if you get NSMB2 off the eShop and register it with your Club Nintendo account, you get 100 coins for registering it instead of the usual 50. Not sure if this applies to regions outside of North America, but it probably does.

I haven't decided how I'm going to get this yet.

But if your 3DS breaks down, the game will still be there because it's saved on the SD card like all downloaded games and applications.

I think my mind is set on getting the digital copy right now. With it you can have it without having to bring the cartridge (so you can have another full game on a cartridge with you) and you get double the coins on Club Nintendo.

My only concern is we don't yet know how much space it'll take up on the SD card.

Yep, it was confirmed.

According to Nintendo, New Super Mario Bros. 2 will be the first Nintendo game (and specifically the first Mario title) to be purchased and digitally downloaded through the Internet. The game can be stored onto an SD card, along with multiple other games, and be played on the Nintendo 3DS, but they can't be shared with other Nintendo 3DS handhelds.
