I feel sorry for Wario.
 
Same, it feels like Mario and Wario have swapped places.
 
So in the next game, Wario would be a kind, loving hero, who cares about princesses getting kidnapped
 
I agree with you. It's really unfair to Wario that Nintendo shoves him aside in a game where he would really fit in.
 
The Broadcast will today at 19:00 CEST, and the game will release in an half hour, I thought.

I think he'd fit in with the gold theme, but the level design, power ups and such, it's still a Mario Platformer at heart. Plus, Wario wouldn't sell as well as Mario. You can't blame them for wanting to get money from their games.
 
CEST is Central European Standard Time, and 19:00CEST is 11:00am EDT, so 11:00am is the time you were looking for. Anyone in Japan got the game yet?

True, Mario is the big moneymaker in the series. And now with this game's official release, he literally is the big moneymaker.

Well, even though golden coins is the subtheme this time, it's still unkown if the coins appear in Mario world are doing with actual money and market. If it does, Wario just has to stay in Mushroom Kingdom and close his game company.

I feel more sorry for him in the reality of his subseries. Howver, I believe more that the staff never feel sorry for Daisy.
 
Bowser on World 6? And they basically rehashed the NSMBW fight. IDK about this game, diss appointed so far. Btw some levels look really short and not that hard. Idk if the million coin goal can keep people coming back, if you want a good game, let's wait for NSMBU.

Apparently, this game's routes are similar to that of New Super Mario Bros. in that you have to complete a hidden task to reach certain worlds.
 
But the 6 Main Worlds aren't hidden, unlike the DS Version, where 2 or 3 of the 8 Worlds are hidden.
The first hidden one, is the "Mushroom World", and I can say, it's pretty tough.

From what I remember, in New Super Mario Bros., you had to defeat Mummipokey as Mini Mario to get to World 4. Likewise, you had to defeat Petey Piranha as Mini Mario to reach World 7. All the other worlds are accessed normally.

As for New Super Mario Bros. 2, obviously, the "Mushroom World" is accessed through a cannon level, but how to get there remains to be seen. The World 1-Tower secret exit seems like it leads to World 1-A.

By the way, doesn't it seem awkward that Roy is the first Koopaling fought in this game?
 
Not really, 1-Tower's Secret Exit goes to 1-Cannon.
1-A is unlockable, by paying 5 Star Coins.
 
I thought Larry was first but if it's Roy, yes.

Watching a video on I think the final castle. The clown car blasts turn Mario into stone if he isn't behind a wall. But will not hurt him
