Just in case he comes back there are some guys with weird names that keep vandalizing

Those generally aren't trolls, they're more new users who are unsure on how to edit

If you feed a troll, they won't go away. Making an article about this "person" (he/she) will just encourage this "person" (him/her) to do more.
 
No, STOP the troll feeding suggestions. That's EXACTLY what they want. They're attention whores, and making articles about them or making forum games about them is fulfilling their desires and wishes.
