So if Luigi has the power to teleport....why doesn't he teleport in Luigi's Mansion to avoid the ghosts!? Damn continuity!

Both. Yo u have to beat the game in order to use him.

Pretty stupid since in New Super Mario Bros., you don't have to beat the game in order to use him.

I can't unlock Baby Luigi in MKWii! I did 11 times in Peach Beach and 8 times in a row in Yoshi Falls. Am I supposed to do different courses? I want Baby Luigi on there so badly!

Did you unlock the expert staff ghost there? Usually, when it's unlocked, the expert staff ghost's time is better than yours

You have to beat the normal staff ghost at a certain time or earlier
