I don't know about Gooper Blooper or King Boo, but maybe for Petey Pirahna, maybe similar to Super Princess Peach, wait, nevermind, that wouldn't work.

Gooper - Jump on all his tentacles 3 times.

Petey - There could be an interactive wall fludd that you step on to spray in his mouth and ground pound his belly 3 times.. OR, Like in New Super Mario Bros..

King Boo - There could be an interactive Poltergust that sucks him in. Or like Big Boo from mario world.
