Clearly you have not gone to GameStop, EB Games, etc., because they always have those games in pretty good used conditions.

Stores don't sell Gamecube games. You have to either order them online, or go to GameStop.

SMB3: This game is too hard to have an easiest boss. >_< I'd choose the Hammer Bro., though.
SMW: Morton, lol
SM64(DS): King Bob-omb or Whomp King. Wait, Big Bully and Goomboss were also easy.
SMG: Topmaniac, then Baron Brrr
NSMB: Bowser Jr. without his mask or maybe Bowser in the 1st world.
SPM: Bonechill. Just Luigi-jump on him.
MKDS: Big Bully :P
