I assume no items because of the silence.

I'll let you guys debate stages, but instead of picking what stages are legal, let's just list stages that aren't legal. Moving stages are out by default because they cause a lot of lag.

Stage that aren't legal (in my opinion)

Mario Bros.
Hanenbow
Flat Zone 2
Mushroomy Kingdom (underground stage only)
Rumble Falls
Spear Pillar (omg this is perhaps the cheapest stage in the game)
Big Blue
Halberd
Delfino Plaza
Port Town Aero Dive
Skyworld (you may be questioning this one, but try this stage with tether recovery characters and they get screwed a lot)
Distant Planet

In the end a lot of Mario stages were unfortunately banned. Also, about the 2 on 2 thing, should we use Smash Balls with friendly fire on?
 
They are moving stage, which can cause some major lag. If they didn't cause lag, I guess they would be legal. I'm thinking the tournament should be somewhere in summer, possibly in June.

We should follow official rules. 1 v. 1. tournament. And 2 Tournaments is good. I don't even know if Australia can hook up to America. I tried playing with Shrooby (In Brazil) and that didn't work.

Well... That's probably not the reason... I can't play with Tubbz and You, but I can with Plumber and WL... I don't know what is the problem but, now i'm thinking if problems like that occur in the middle of the torney?
