Yeah, that race was so laggy. To me it would look like SK stopped in a corner and then suddenly gained a miraculous speed boost.

I hate Hughesnet.
 
I did see the 1st round from the start, while I didn't know who the second one was.
To me, it looked like you (Banjo) were off to get some coffee, and suddenly returned to your 3DS.

Exactly what I thought as well. I actually stopped for a second in the race because I was wondering what Banjo was doing.

i usaually use Gherkin + Red Monster + Flower Glider + Wiggler

Currently, I have the Koopa Clown + Red Monster + Beast Glider + Luigi

Looking into revising it when necessary.
 
^I joined in on that last night.

Strangely while in Airship Fortress there was a Star lying on the track, so I went go get it when Cirdec bumped into me. We then somehow both got the same Star at the same time.

Item cloning much?
 
Probably, stuff like that happens, for example sometimes when i throw a red shell on two close opponents, they are both touched.
