What about Jigglypuff. She doesn't even have an up recovery.

Yes and also Jigglypuff is the second lightest character in Brawl so most opponents will take advantage of trying to launch it upwards so there's no point for recovery

Sonic, Jigglypuff, Snake,

Olimar and Ice Climbers.

Sonic has a powerful abusive final smash, but besides that he's broken and last minute. Jigglypuff is actually powerful if you can master its advance strategies. Snake is incredibly overpowered and has attacks like no other. Olimar has the most powerful standard attacks of any fighter. Ice Climbers are best 1-on-1 and learning how to control each climber can give you an advantage.

My favorite characters are Lucario Mario Meta Knight because they go up close to attack.

But, I understand your problem if you don't face him as much as me. Besides, his fully charged fart and forward smash ARE annoying, but I can always handle Wario.

To top that all off, he sounds funny when turning into a star. NYRAAGHH!!

I always verse lvl. 9 CPUs, his charged farts are easy to dodge, his forward smash is a bit annoying, but what really gets annoying is his abusive attacks and his taunting every time I die and how the CPUs always seem to know your next attack and can pull off stunts that players can't pull off.
