They're definitly going to show up again, probably not remembering the doctor. I really hope they do, because I love Daleks, they're my favourite enemies from the show.

That doesn't matter. You're allowed to welcome anyone. As soon as you join the forums, you are part of a community, a community that treats each other like equals. It doesn't matter if you only joined this morning, you're free to welcome other members junior to you.
