This is the motto that I have always stuck behind for my game. These user games are not supposed to be fun for you, it's supposed to be fun for us, the users that are actually participating in the game, and I'm just waiting until you realize that.

That's not how this works. You are the host, and you're the one that decides what happens and how it happens. We signed up for this game because we wanted to see what you are able to do. However, you need to realize that we are the ones that signed up. We are the ones that want to enjoy what's going to happen. We're not supposed to be the ones that control our own game, that decide what is fair and isn't fair. It's just that you haven't really realized that yet.

I still don't get your point.

You say that the way I'm hosting isn't fine. I'm alright with constructive criticism. But you complain excessively that it's not fine, and when I ask for suggestions to make it fine again, you clam up. Either let me host the goddamn game or help me make it better.

From my point of view, it doesn't seem like you're really letting yourself open to constructive criticism.

Because to me, constructive criticism does not mean simply complaining. That would be just criticism.

To me, constructive criticism is called that for a reason. It's supposed to help me host the game in a better way. Which is the reason I sent out that second post. I wanted to see how you would do better, because I couldn't. I wanted to get a better handle on your perspective.

Right now, this is my biggest criticism: do not have twists that last longer than they should. You wanted the Russian punishment to last longer, and you are saying that the saboteur is able to last much longer. I do not like that, because it changes the game. The Russian punishment set up a language barrier, alienating your banishment panel and oftentimes making posts completely unreadable. The saboteur is going to set up a different sort of barrier among us, making us forgo trying to help out the entire house and instead go on a witch hunt for the saboteurs, and making everyone constantly doubt each other when this is supposed to be a team game.

Probably instead of making it last forever, how about the twist stays until we catch one of the bad guys (doesn't matter how many tries there are).
