This is why Nintendo's second-party games usually end up being their best, as in Donkey Kong Country Returns and the Pokemon series.

Well, Nintendo used to have great games, but in recent years they've stopped trying.

I still think it would be nice if we could stop them doing it ourselves, without mods coming by and destroying you for "minimodding", if that can even be considered minimodding.

Actaully Sony do enjoy copying Nintendo after they invented Playstation move which is of course a big time rip off. You may say it has better motion but then Wii Motion Plus had already came along anyway.
