I may be worng but I have a feeling this topic violates rule 9
9. In addition to the harassment rule, there is to be no posting of user's personal information without their consent. This includes, but is not limited to, their name, telephone number, address, medical conditions, et cetera. This does not apply to information that the user has already made publically available.

That's why it's always good to accept a pseudonym.

Besides, the person could always deny the name, even if it is their real name. I think they'd accept the risks anyway by just participating in this thread.
